Payment, bank, exchange rate and cancellation policy
Payment by credit card
To process your reservation we require your complete credit card information. Your credit card will be charged for the:
- Your hotel accommodation
- Credit card fee
Paying with a foreign credit card the total amount will be added with a credit card fee of the total amount. The credit card fee is app. 3,75% from the various credit card companies.
Example - Hotel prices per night DKK 1,000.00 + credit card fee (app. 3.75%) = app. DKK 37.50. Total amount to be withdrawn from credit card by staying 4 nights app. DKK 4,150.00
You can pay with the following credit cards:
Bank transfer
If you do not wish to pay your registration and hotel with a credit card, you can pay by bank transfer. An invoice will be forwarded. For bank transfers there is a fee of DKK 50 excl. 25% VAT. Payment is due 8 days from invoice date.
Cancellation
Total cancellations of the hotel room are permissible free of charge when the cancellation is made in writing to Welcome no later than September 10, 2010
Until September 10 cancellation will be free of charge.
After September 10 cancellation or no-show will be charged for the first night or the entire stay depending which hotel you choose - unless the hotel is able to sell your room to other party.
The deadline for any namechanges, arrival or departure changes is October 10, 2010. After this date it is only possible to make changes if paying an administration fee of DKK 250 excl. 25% VAT. All cancellations and changes are only valid when in writing and confirmed by both parties.
Exchange rate and bank information
All the prices are in Danish Kroner and you will be charged the amount in Danish Kroner and not in Euro. We have listed all prices in Euro as well as an indication for you. Please use the following link to check the exchange rate: click here
