Welcome Meeting Management
Just shortly to introduce ourselves, Welcome is a professional event and conference bureau, founded in 1998, and specialised in offering the perfect service in connection with hotelreservations, meetings, conferences, congresses and events etc.

We co-operate with all hotels, conference & congress venues, venues in general, bus companies etc. We are members of ‘MeetingPlace' in the tourist organisation of Copenhagen (Wonderful Copenhagen), Danish Travel Association, Meeting Professional International (MPI) and International Special Events Society (ISES).
