LIWLIG Group acquires the awarded Norwegian agency 6.Sans

LIWLIG Group has acquired 100 % of the shares of Norwegian 6.Sans on 17th August 2022. 6.Sans is one of the most successful and awarded event and brand experience agencies in Norway and its largest customers include among others Handelsbanken, Telia, Carlsberg Ringnes and Innovasjon Norge. The three entrepreneurs of 6.Sans continue working in the company and within the Group. They also become shareholders of the LIWLIG Group.

6.Sans Gruppen AS consists of the companies 6.Sans Event AS, 6.Sans Travel AS, 6.Sans Film AS and Interactive Games AS. The turnover of 6.Sans Gruppen AS will be approximately NOK 80 million (approximately 8 million euros) in 2022. 6.Sans has been awarded as the winner in many local and international competitions.
